It takes weeks to change a habit and make a behavior change.  When you change your habits - you not only get behavior change -so do your kids!  

So we devote the weeks because we want consistent behavior change for a long term solution.

The Taming Tantrum Breakthrough Challenge is an individual and group experience.  You will be able to go through the on-line modules on your own computer or phone.  If you choose the option to group coach we will meet weekly to review the new materials and create success strategies for you.  If individual coaching - there Is more flexibility with scheduling coaching.

The topics include Child Development Theory, mindset activities about helping you become a more confident parent.  Also included are practical strategies and specific skills you can implement right away.   Handouts and worksheets are included to support topics as we go along.

Coaching is optional. Individual coaching is available and group coaching is also available.  If you are doing the Challenge as a group coaching sessions will be pre-scheduled during the weeks of the Taming Tantrum Breakthrough - Challenge.  This will be done by a zoom format, the link for the coaching sessions will be the same link for the duration of the Challenge.  The days for coaching will be spread out to give you time to focus on the on-line course Modules.  These will be 5 one hour long group coaching sessions correlating with the 5 modules of the on-line course.

As the Taming Tantrum Breakthrough Challenge takes place there may be questions that come up after the group classes or maybe a sudden situation that you need help with.  I will answer emails within the following day when at all possible.  This email service will no longer be avaliable at the end of the Challenge.
